Mr. Williams was a former law enforcement officer and administrator.For the past 19 years, he has served clients in the private sector as a forensic investigator, forensic consultant, and a security expert.

| Mr. Williams has testified as an expert in state and federal courts as well as in front of the professional staff of the armed services committee in Washington DC.He has testified in the areas of scene analysis, scene reconstruction, and security principals and review. Mr. Williams utilizes forensic principles to analyze a scene, such as bloodstain patterns, external wound appearances on victims, and firearm characteristics just to name a few.Mr. Williams draws upon his background,training, and experience in agriculture, law enforcement, emergency medicine, firefighting, land and water rescue, firearms instruction, forensic science and integrated electronic security and life safety systems design and implementation. Mr. Williams has been retained to investigate and consult on civil and criminal cases in a multitude of states and jurisdictions.Mr. Williams lectures and presents on a regular basis to groups, corporate boards, organizations, criminal justice programs and at specialized seminars.
